New Bug? Server troubles? Or just me?

I was in the middle of vMA and started experiencing delays to sound effects, with the sound effects for attacks coming long after the damage, after a while of this, enemies started going invisible and when trying to leave vMA I got incredibly long load screens and after porting a couple of times, I logged out to try and fix the problem...

Now I can't even get to the login screen, the intro sequence of 'bethesda', 'zenimax' etc isn't even playing, the entire screen goes black and the mouse becomes an endless loading symbol. 'Elder Scrolls Online has stopped responding', everytime. Also control-alt-delete doesn't work to escape the crash screen, but it goes away on it's own after 8mins or so. Just wondering if anyone else is suffering the same problem and if there's anything I can do to fix it.

THESE issues have been ongoing for 2-3 months. So, not new and not just you.

This sounds more like a Windows problem that may be corrected by cleaning up temporary files. By "windows problems", I mean ESO has ended badly and Windows is attempting to use corrupted files during the startup process. See other discussion threads that discuss renaming folders etc; this problem is most likely caused by file corruptions in the local ESO files.

Obviously, this assumes you are using PC Windows. My experience is based on Win X on EU server.

i have been getting "bounce" sort of rubberbanding from point A to B and back and forth, as i run forward, there was no gathering nodes and bounced back to previous spot i ran from, and suddenly i see nodes and some creatures that wasnt there seconds ago.
it not my PC issue, my PC has ungodly 3 tetrabytes disk space, 12gig ram, and very fast CPU sets nearly compared as hex-core are faster than quad-core.

in my opinion, something really disturbed the servers, i cant be sure if someone were doing dupes they making, which it is illegal under EULA. assumed during crowded zones to hide from investigating GMs or scanner by blending in the crowds, they wouldnt do it if zones have less players and GM would see "***-ups" and get pinpointed the sources.

i get rubberbanding effects in Wrothgar, Stonefell, Bal Foyen, Deshaan, and Craglorn.

Malabor Tol was uneffected when i ran for hidden treasure and survey.

i did a rig full restore. full reinstall of this game and its lagging so bad tonite i cant play 85 norm ping running 85 to 999 swings going to install some other games that has all ways run great this is the only game i installed after rig restore very very stressed at this point
