There should be a zero option because you can't get proper information without it. If a thousand people respond to this poll with one of the choices available and twenty thousand(fictional numbers obviously, and there is no way to know how many would have answered that because it isn't available) could only answer honestly with zero, you've learned precisely nothing, which defeats the purpose of putting up a poll in the first place.

There should be a zero option so that those of us answering zero can see how many others answered something differently.

If a marketing guy bothered to put up a poll like this, you can bet he'd have an "I'm not participating in this offer" option because it is the singular most important option to gain potential new customers. When a fast food restaurant offers a sale on their best selling sandwich, it isn't as a favor to the guy who buys it at full price every day. It's to draw in new income, new customers. If you don't even bother to ask why they still don't want your dang sandwich, you might as well put plywood on the windows because you're sunk.

There should be a zero option so that it shows up on our opinions when we post them, so that Zenimax can see WHY we aren't interested and potentially make money in the future----seriously, who cares about the gambling addict that's gonna drop three grand on this garbage because he can't help himself? You don't need to make content for that guy, he'll drop it again on another shade of metallic horsey next month too.

In other words, the poll is literally useless information, not even trivia, without a zero option.

EDIT: I suppose it's worth noting that I'm not at all against the micro transaction model existing, and if I did not have a subscription I would be making a purchase equaling multiple months of my budget for this game----exactly what I'd post as my explanation for a "zero" check on a proper poll.

I am unable to purchase Crowns at anything but the normal price (£23.99 for 5500). I have tried using both the in-game Crown Store method and clicking on the links on the forum announcement.

I am in the UK and play on the PS4. The supposed sale is announced on the login page but it does not exist for me.

this^ the crown store's merch are lack luster even the crown crates, theres not much you can buy that is actually appealing

I was intending for no more than 100$ but XBL screwed up and I accidently paid for 11k more crowns. When I went to buy a crown pack, it was like "Error on our end, please try again". So I did. Twice more. Found out after re-entering the game each "error try again" actually worked...

I usually buy three each sale (sometimes more). I bought two this morning, but since I've still got a nice crown cache from my plus account, I'm still debating getting that third one.

And since there really isn't anything currently in the store I'm interested in, these purchases will all be for future unknown goodies that may be dropping from now until the next crown sale.

Anyway when I was making it I jumped and hit the keyboard and hit enter by mistake, I was going to add more options and then also I would've gone in and added a $0 option

I didn't know so many people were going to be spending $0. At something like a 5% discount, I'd understand.

But this is a 40% discount. That is massive. Why not buy at least a pack?

Because there isn't anything I want. I loathe costumes and other cosmetical stuff.

1) Craftbag "forces" me to sub, so I have 1500 crowns per month to spend anyway ;
2) Some crown store prices have gone so far through the roof that they're too expensive, even taking the discounted rate into consideration.

For people who would buy crowns anyway, this is a 40% SAVING. But for those who wouldn't, this is a 21€ extra expenditure. Depending on the country, this means a week's real-life food... or a movie evening with a loved one, or a new piece of clothing, or whatever more or less useful. It's not a big amount - but it's not a negligibly small one either.

There's also the people who have bought everything already in the crown store, or who don't find anything there left they'd like to purchase.

And there's the people who are against the micro-transaction scheme as a whole as a matter of principle and simply stick to it.
