Over on Tumblr ZOS announced ESO will be one of the "Enhanced Titles" for Xbox One X. That's great and all, I'll be upgrading to the One X.
But how "Enhanced" are we talking? A noticeable visuals rework? Or just 4k support and maybe some purty lighting effects like with the PS4 Pro? By the way, I won't be playing in 4k due to my screen being 1080p and I refuse to cough up the cash for a compatible screen. 1920x1080 is enough for me.

Wouldn't be surprised if it meant 4k support, Microsoft is really on a move getting as many titles in 4k as possible.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭@ArchMikem You'll notice better lighting and ever-so slighty cleaner visuals.
Mostly your draw distance will increase a bit and the lighting does make the game look nicer. FPS should improve to the point where 25-30 FPS is normal except in group content.
I still get 5-15 FPS in Vet trial fights and larger PvP though (and huge lag in PvP).1 -

✭They will probably messed up the graphic mode choices like they did with the pro , so u wont be able to turn on the enchanced graphics on ur 1080p display u will need 4k ^^ if u dont believe me search the eso ps4 technical support topics.1 -

✭Oops, yeah. 12. Did a search for direct x versions and saw DX14 available. Probably a virus as I don't recognize the websites as valid driver websites. Verified DX12 is the version that is included with Win10 from the Microsoft site.0 -

✭✭Expect the same ESO essentially as was given to PS4 Pro.
Id imagine the base enhanced version on x1x will be the pros enhanced plus some. It would an awful waste of power if that is not the case. The x1x is much stronger under the hood compared to the pro's specs.
The highest quality option at 1080p should be significantly better on x1x imo. But i doubt they are going to push it.0 -
