✭✭✭✭✭You can buy them in the Crown Stores, they are not attunable, but my guild has those so no need there.
You can also buy them (attunable or not) in the Guild Stores, prices should have settled to a reasonable level by now.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
