Terrible latency issues since August 15, 2017

Heya,
I've been playing since October 2015, love the game, never had an issue. But since August 15th, curiously after the HotR dropped onto PC, my game has had unplayable latency issues. Issues are mainly:
- Unable to interact with nodes, chests, lootable containers reliably
- Unable to bar swap during combat
- Every interaction (between NPC, enemy, container, doors, crafting stations, etc.) is delayed for extended periods of time, sometimes not reacting at all
- Freezes during combat, then everything fast forwards to my death
- Random zone load screens
I'm running a wired connection on a Netgear d6200 with DMZ enabled with an exchange rate about 7-9mbps up and 500-1500kbps down. This is actually the fastest internet I've ever had and never had issues previously.
I do love the game, but physically cannot play anymore. Hopefully the console patch next week helps, but heads up anyway guys and gals!
