Error 6 - Crash when hit 'play'

So,before the last update I did a format C: and now,every time that I try to play the game he just crash's;

Says Error 6 - Fatal error - Reporter 0.01

I allready update all my drivers and windows and etc
Try to repair de game inumerous times
Try to re-download from steam and launcher

And same think...Everything was just fine before the update/Format

Can someone help me ? I allready did send a ticket to ZOS,but it's always the same answer: Repair/Consulant/Repair/Update/Give up and cry.

Obs : Only with ESO this happens,with Diablo and WoW is all good lol

why did you format C:?

are you running the launcher, or eso.exe as administrator?
is your firewall not blocking it?

I did because my FPS was too low,so,I did a clean-up like I always do every year lol

And yes,I'm running as adm and my firewall is off.

One more thing you can try that may help with Fatal Error 6 is deleting the ESO Launcher folder.

Delete the ESO Launcher Folder

• PC: Go to the Launcher folder and delete it.
  • You can find this by default at C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher.
• Mac: Open Finder, go to Applications, and then look for and delete the Zenimax Online folder.
  • The Launcher folder will be under the main ZOS folder.
