I run 4 characters...2 in the 30s...2 almost CP 200. I also have 4 mules.

I've probably spent 500K in game gold recently to buy more space to store stuff. Can't sell as much anymore...though I do sell a good bit.

As my characters gain more bag space I tend to come back with more STUFF. HEEEELP!

I've developed the habit of collecting almost everything since one starts real poor in this game.

Recently I've avoided most delves so as to not collect so much....help...I'm rich and I'm running out of room. :p

I'm caught in a virtual reality flea market and can't get out!!

* this may bum out players just starting out who get knocked down by everything and survive on hand me downs...but just think of your future...of what lies ahead!
I know nutting....

Well there's your problem, you can't do that at all in this game.

Sell/decon anything you know you won't use in the future. There is no extra space at all for collecting (something I enjoy doing as well).

I sell but not fast enough. I guess that the extra bag space with the horses has allowed me to collect more stuff. I now discount everything by 10%....probably let some go to the game vendors also.

No point in deconning in craft areas you've already maxed out?

Basically I try to be efficient and max out any profit...running out of room to do this.

If you don't have the craft bag, bag and bank space is just going go right out the window. To be fair tho, I'm close to hitting bank cap just from set pieces and furniture I'm storing. And that's with ESO+

If it's bind on equip stuff, you know you will be able to find almost anything easy from guild traders in the future except specific trait weapons.

Otherwise, if you have tons of bind on pickup sets that you don't want to part with, maybe subscribe for double bank space and craft bag.

Something I´ve realised when it comes to ESO is that you never should throw away gear. Next patch it´s BiS (Best in Slot). Unless I get training/reinforced/invigorating as trait I tend to keep almost all my drops. As I said, you´ll never know when it will be good again.

For me, especially with so many sets being Bind on Pickup, I will usually keep (or aim to keep) a complete set, even if the trait I happen to have is one I don't care for. Plenty of time later to upgrade from Reinforced (or whatever) when I get a better drop, then I can decon it. After all, I'd rather have (for example) an invigorating Valkyn Skoria Helm, than none at all.

I decon everything I don't plan to keep. I'm a pack rat about characters, and since I take years to level up (depending - I have a sorc and a NB that are over 2 years old and not past 20-some level) I can always use more mats. OTOH I have been recently introduced to the joys of selling refined mats, so there's that too.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
