Random mail

So everytime i go through a loading screen the game tells me i have mail, the ! point on social and on mail but when i open the mail up, there is nothing new. Been happening for a few days now. i swear this is the buggiest mmorpg i have ever played.

Scroll all the way down. You might have a really old mail that has been returned to you

Specifically, the icon is telling you that you have a notification. Whether it would be mail, or a MOTD from a guild, or a notification something was added to your collections.

Did you recently complete a dungeon for which you had not yet got the trophy or bust from? Sometimes mine glitches and it will keep saying I have a message/notification but its because my Undaunted Furnishing Item in my collections tab keeps telling me I have a new item even though I don't see the (!) icon on my main start menu.
