✭✭✭✭✭Everything you listed is very solid. It depends on your style and what(out of that) works best for you.
Some mNBs prefer running a lot of range abilities with dots - skoria is perfect, you may or may not have room for shades. If you don't (for example) then you wouldn't want necro.
If you have very low amount of dots and don't want to run a monster helm maybe necro shades is what you want.
You can only go wrong with decisions like "x5 hawkeye on my magicka resto bar" type things1
