there are more than one way:

first way: do master writs, get vouchers then buy it.

Secound: get gold, go to a guild store and buy it.

    third: buy one for crowns.

    Step 1: Get a house
    Step 2: Buy a dummy
Step 3: place dummy in the house.

If you check guild traders they will have dummies for sale, I recommend buying one instead of wasting crowns.
Alternatively you can use master writ vouchers to purchase.

I had no idea I could get it in the crown store. Do you know how many crowns it cost? Thanks by the way.

There's a few ways to go about it.

    1) The long and hard way. Complete master crafting writs and save up writ vouchers to get the recipe and supplies for crafting them.

    2) Buy the recipe and supplies from another player and craft the dummy.

    3) Buy the dummy from another player.

Once you've got it, plop it into your home like any furniture item and murder it. The game will tell you how long it took and calculate your DPS for you.

1000 too 1500, dont remember. but you need to buy it trough your home.

So jump to your home, go were you choice furnitures. go to "shop", and there you can buy it for crowns.

You need to have a house or if you do not have a house be in a guild that has a guild house with skeleton or members that are willing to let you practice on their own skeleton.

If you wish to have your own dummy then you need to either complete master writs and exchange vouchers for the skeleton blueprint so that you can craft a dummy yourself OR you can buy a ready to place (in your house) dummy from a guild stores (XBOXEU ~80k-100k)

no idea of cost off the top of my head
but when you are in any home you own, access the crown furniture store there are a few different ones to choose from, if you just want to practice tyour rotation the basic 3mil or 6mil health ones are fine (the larger ones are more for trial groups

If you are in any guilds, there is a possibility that there is a guild hall with combat skeletons as part of the facilities for guild members - check that before spending your own writ vouchers/gold/crowns.

Epona was a Romano-Celtic goddess dating back to around 1800 to 2000 years before computer games were invented.

If not ask in guild chat if some have one you can use, remember their name / add to friends and travel to their house to test.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
