light armor for monster helm set?

hello, everyone
im a stamblade wearing 5 medium armor gears plus a monster helm set
should I look into a heavy and a light helm/shoulder for 5+1+1?
or medium armor x7 for stamina sustain
or medium x5 + heavy armor x2 for survive?

Generally, I've heard it's better to go 7 medium for stamina.

if pve what content are you running?

what sets are you using (need he set names please)

as a khajit NB you are i assume running a high crit build
your race & class give you high crit, but low stamina
making use of the undaunted passives to up your stamina, health & magic is a good option for you, especially when you first start running vMA

i wish you all the best with your journey when you first start running vMA pick up as many sigils as you want/need, ignore the score, take as many breaks as you want (just dont abandon the quest), always check your death recap and ask for help when your stuck

i think with your set up, you are right to wear 7 medium to benefit the most from the medium armour crit passives

im on console and we are still running the old mundus & pen values (but i have been prepping for the patch whe it goes live)
make sure you arent 'over-penetrating', the resistence on enemies in vMA are lower than in other trials.
