we need a massive Gothic island home

We need another island home, but only this time it should have a giant Gothic castle on it, with a volkier style theme, kinda like a smaller version of hogwarts only more ominous and with an elder scrolls feel to it

YES! The architecture you're wanting for this would be the cathedral type buildings you see off in the distance in Cradle of Shadows or the spider daedra stage in VMA. Hopefully we will get a home like this when the future zone of Mephala's Realm comes out...
