Does the Treasure Hunter green CP perk (75 in Thief) increase the chance of getting improved quality items from chests of Dark Anchors?
I am farming jewellery of a certain set and was thinking whether I should redistribute CPs to get the 75 in Thief, so higher chance to improved quality of jewellery

It's bugged but getting fixed, and works like this:
Simple chests becomes intermediate.
Intermediate becomes advanced, which always gives an item.
Advanced becomes master, which is always a purple item.
Master has a chance to drop 2 set items, ine purple one blue/green.
Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭The above poster is correct. It only works on regular chests, the type that needs to be picked. Dolmen and boss chests in dungeons and trials are blessed by the passive.
But as of now, as the previous poster mentioned, it is not working at all. Zos is has acknowledged it and hopefully will be fixed with this weeks maintenance.0
