[BUG] Skill Reset

I reset all of my skill points at the alter in Morrowind. Then I went about trying to re-allocate all the points the same way that I had them before (minus one passive skill).

In the Destruction Staff skill line, I was completely done learning Destructive Reach IV, which is a morph of Destructive Touch.



After resetting, I saw that Destructive Touch had a full XP bar, as it should, but was not purchased yet (obviously, since I just reset my skills). Then, I purchased all of the passive skills in the Destruction Staff line. After purchasing the passive skills, my Destructive Touch XP bar was downgraded to part of the way into level II. Now I am unable to morph the skill back into Destructive Reach.



This is a really major issue, especially if it also affects other skill lines after a reset as well.

I tried to submit a ticket, but the support system doesn't seem to accept logins right now... I guess I try again later on that. Maybe someone can answer me here.

In the morrowind update some weapon skills moved position in their skill lines, destructive reach used to be the first skill in the line and force pulse was fourth. Skills that are now higher in the skill line require more xp before they can be morphed. Everyone who already had those skills had to earn a little xp before they were back to the morph point after morrowind.

It is pretty annoying, but at your level it will take very little time to get back to the morph point. Sorry you had trouble with customer support, but that issue is harder to fix than your morphs.

Thanks, man. Even though I have to think it's weird that the level didn't drop until I bought all of the passives for Destro Staff. But yeah, I can re-level it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I reset my skills today and couln't understand why destructive reach was not fully levelled.
