Every gap closer skills need minimum range.

It has to be fair with other gap closer.

Or remove all the minimum range of other gap closer. So that I can cast Critical Surge on stam sorc and spam Critical Rush to get continuous healing.

it use to be no minimum, if you thought gap closer snare is bad you should've played with the perma unpurgeable 70% snare

Pretty sure those class based closers do or don't have the minimum based on the access of other abilities

Nightblade's Teleport Strike and it's morphs Ambush and Lotus Fan are teleportation powers. Adding a minimum distance to teleportation power is illogical. Shield Charge and Crit Charge with all the other gap closers are charging abilities you should have a minimum to charge. But to teleport or throw a chain should not.

I can't think of the name but there is a set that taunts on charge powers and it only works will some gap closer cause they are charges.
