Is it just me or is that absolute garbage?

That would be a useful trait to throw on armor pieces no? Call it "lightweight" be able to throw it on armor pieces and allows you to attack faster. Maybe have it increase resources returned on heavy attack too?
Could be interesting considering sets like knight slayer.
Also could help healers with sustaining via heavy attacks
Would be good for my build actually...

Weighted DID NOT increase light or heavy attack speed, it decreased the global cool down between skills by a given percentage. nightblades had haste as well in place of grim focus and its morphs.

Still better than "preposterous". It also beats out useless traits like well fitted, Impen in pve, reinforced on small pieces, and sturdy for non tanks. Its still not good, but its an improvement.
I was actually annoyed with the trait change. I had built a full set of prosperous for my Thieving runs upgraded to blues for a nice bonus to my gold farming, then after trying it out for its recovery benefits discovered what everyone else did, that the recovery values are essentially garbage while the prosperous actually benefited me. Ah well, adjust and move on
