Better heal/aoe for stamina DK?

Levelling from low lvl to 50 is a real pain on stam DK, tried that with DW+2H. No real effective aoe for melting groups in pve, no healing against big groups. A long time to unlock Rally or Vigor. I've been levelling stamina Orc, originally it was a tank but it's even slower and thus very boring (it's my 8-th alt).
Now I run in crafted medium armor Seducer x5 +Magnus + Lighting Staff and DW, all attibutes magicka (medium armor and DW to keep levelling these) - and that's how it should really be played. 35k magicka, 22k health, 15k stamina, strong aoe, strong healing and fast levelling - groups in public dungeons are melted really fast along with the bosses and it's only lvl 28.
I'm not insterested in farming drop sets on low lvl.
What is possible on magicka build seems impossible on stamina with the same class, lvl and armor. Abilities on stamina need more love. Something to correct...
