PS4 pro ESO disc wont work

I just bought a PS4 pro today and the original ESO Tamriel Ulimited disc does not work in it. Anyone else have this issue? If so how did you fix it? I thought it might be the pro itself but I brought it back to gamestop its doing it with the other new one I got so its something with the disc and the pro disc reader.

Yes I have the original disc from when I first bought the game and digitally downloaded the Morrowind but in order to play that I have to use the disc. Thx for the help, people on this forum are not very nice and they never really have been. You wonder why this community gets a bad rap.

I was just joking. I actually think this is a good community compared to cancer like GTA forums. The only ones not helpful or nice are the negative Nelly types who live for the sole purpose of complaining. The players who make NERF THIS or NICE JOB, ZOS SKRUBZ threads are the people we all need to just ignore.

Anyways, you bought another disc and that one didn't work? Did it just not register anything when you put it in or what did it do?
