Unable to log into game, but can access acount

Trying really hard here not to toss a fit since lately your service has been aggravating.

After your first outage where you mentioned new accounts having a bug that caused a access problem and reading another player's telling of how his rather valuable account got hacked, I decided to change my password from a 14 character to a 24 character to make it stronger. Everything was fine, the account updated to the new password without issue, and (when your servers were online) I was able to log in without issue.

Today I get this message that says my id or my password is no longer active. I check my account via the web, log in with the same PW and Account Name as if there is no issue. But your game client repeatedly denies me access.

I got to tell you guys, my patience is wearing awfully thin here, I didn't do anything to muck things up from my end, in fact I played just fine for a few hours yesterday so lets not go down a path of blaming something on my end as the culprit. So if you're going to give me a long list of hoops I have to jump through, there needs to be a explanation as to why any given step would do anything to clear access, and not just giving me a lengthy to do list from your flow charts of troubleshooting. Apologies if I sound testy, but as I stated, patience is wearing thin. So now what?

While I went aside to brew some coffee, my girl-friend logged me into the game. She used the exact same PW, etc, but this time it went through. Not sure what is going on but if you'd care to give me a suggestion as to what to do/try next time this happens, I'd appreciate it.

There may have been momentary server issues at the time you were trying to login. The first thing you should check if your having an issue logging in is our service alerts. This will let you know the current status of our servers.
