Is Minor Slayer from Alkosh not working?

Today, I noticed the damage difference between VO and Alkosh set, so I went ahead and did some tests.
Basically, I took off all my armors except jewelries, wielded Broom as my weapon, removed all CP and did light attacks
With VO 3 pieces, I got 1253/2003. (nonCrit/Crit)
With Alkosh 3 pieces, I got 1193/1908.
Is minor slayer from Alkosh not working now? Or did I do something wrong?

    What was your target ?
    And are you sure that your alkosh/VO jewelries are the same color and have the same enchant ?

    On target skeleton. And yes, all gold jewelries and same enchantments

    Hmm..... the best thing I can suggest would be a annoying to attempt but would provide 100% accurate results.

    Respec your character but don't spend any points except for getting one plain DPS skill (best would be unmorphed Uppercut). Remove all CPs and do not allocate any of them.

    Slot for your gear only a Broom (no enchants) and 3x Alkosh jewelry (gold-quality, stamina recovery enchants). Test damage on your attacks. Next swap out Alkosh jewelry for 3x VO jewelry (gold-quality, stamina recovery enchants). Test damage again.

    If the values any different then Minor Slayer is definitely bugged :neutral: that's how I would test to be 100% sure at least.

    Best than trying 3 Alkosh then 3 VO : test with 2 alkosh and 1 VO, then with 3 alkosh. No damage change = no minor slayer.

    I'll try to test it later today, if I have the time. I'll struggle with the alkosh jewelries, since I've only one gold, but I'll find a way.

    Works on dummy too.
    Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

    Guys at tamrielfoundry.com did confirm that alkosh minor slayer does not work atm. VO does though.
