Help with lost gear!

So last night I acquired a divine MD robe from a chest in the room immediately before the Rakkhat pull. Our team ended up having several DC issues, and when I went to leave the instance, I was stuck in an infinite load screen and then couldn't relog for the rest of the night.

I log in today to find my MD robe is gone. I don't know if it's because of my connection issues, or the rumored rollback that occurred, but either way, I'd like my gear back. I try to ask for help with the Item Assistance tool, but it's quite useless. After selecting "I lost my item" the prompt says that I should go to my inventory and select "Get Help" from the options menu for the item. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to select my item, when clearly I don't have it, so. . . ya that's not helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated, though I doubt anything will actually be done about this.

This definitely sounds like the rollback as many others experienced similar things. I think I saw others suggesting logging a bug report about it. I wouldn't hold your breath though on getting your loot back unfortunately

Score 1 for ZOS! I'm pleasantly surprised to say that after a bit of back and forth with support, I did indeed get my gear returned back to me. They were able to check their logs and found that I did have my robe, which was then lost through no fault of my own, and I received a new one in the mail, thanks guys!

This gives me hope that I can get a motif page replaced for me that I lost last night due to the rollback. I was smart enough to take a screenshot when I got it and learnt it, and now if they look at my achievements, I have no longer learnt it. I don't care as much about the 20+k worth of stolen items in my inventory I lost as I am about that motif page.
