Unable to unlock the Alliance skill trees after Horns of Reach

There is currently a bug where I can not unlock the Alliance skill trees on my new character made after Horns of Reach. I have gotten the character past level 10, I have taken the tutorial to cyrodiil quest but chose the skip option, after that I had gained AP and taken multiple keeps, outposts, resources as well as gained multiple kills and killing blows. I had even completed a few cyrodiil dailies...and still the Alliance skill trees have not unlocked for me. I have already reported this to customer service and they said they can't fix it..... This is a character I plan to pvp with, so it's pretty important to have some of those Alliance skills and passives, would be great if a developer can unlock it for me I have made other characters before the Horns of Reach dlc and have unlocked those Alliance skill trees with no issue at all, I usually choose the skip option when it comes to the cyrodiil tutorial. This is on the NA server, PC platform, character name is "Elara says what the heck".

Something that might help the devs look into what went wrong, I did transfer AP from my main characters into the bank and retrieved it from that new character before I actually took the tutorial quest and gained any AP from cyrodiil. Maybe this caused the problem somehow?

Exactly the same problem here. Have taken AP from the bank and gone to Cyro for the first time with my char. Skipped the quest and now I do not get the alliance war skill line.

I have contacted the support. They told me, that this may be a bug and that they have sent my ticket to the bug section. But they can not promise that it will be fixed soon...

Bank all of your AP on that character then go to Cyrodiil and do something that earns you some AP. This fixed the issue for me.

Thank you so much @ESOFanBoyz , that was the solution. Now I have my skilltrees. Only one thing rellay annoyes me, I've played PVP for nearly two weeks with this char, I'm on level 7 but my skillstrees are all on 1. So I have no Skills atm. I hope the support can fix this.
