Quest progress and level lost after NA PC megaserver fix

Last night the NA server conked out on many of us. I was almost finished with the quest 'Fit to Rule', and was about to turn in the portion in the Reliquary of Stars to Laranalda. In the progress of that quest I had also leveled up to 43.
This morning, after finding that I could log in again, I also find that I have to restart the entire reliquary section, and I'm back to being 84% into level 42.
I must assume that the server issue was fixed with a rollback. Are there any devs here that could confirm this, and that could possibly advise on any way to get my progress back?
