Whats the point of this memento? It used to fire small creatures into the air, then just chickens, now it doesnt do anything...

Pretty sure it still works on chickens. Go find one and zap it. A REAL chicken, not someone's pet.
Worst case you have to go back to the school and use it on those special chickens. Which sort of makes it a lot less fun though. I mean, why not pony guar?
