Golden vendor loot tables

Hey guys I've noticed that the sets sold by the golden vendor in cyrodiil tend to repeat occasionally, salvation and red mountain have made a few appearances while sets like werewolf hide hulking draugr and seventh legion have never made an appearance. Anyone got a clue why that is?
Side note-- does anyone know if werewolf hide has ever had gold rings available? I purchased a gold necklace from a guy who said he had been holding onto it for approx 2 years but I've never seen gold rings

If I remember correctly, the Golden Vendor was introduced because in One Tamriel, certain sets that once dropped in trials (like Red Mountain) were moved to overland drops, which meant they could no longer drop in Legendary quality (as they once did in trials). The Golden Vendor was given a rotating inventory of these former trials sets in gold to make up for that. Sets that were never in trials weren't introduced into the Golden's potential inventory. Unless I missed something.

It's because of RnG - Dungeon and Overland sets are all on the table, and then it will only be rings OR necklace. If its from a BoE Overland set you can sell them in guilds. If its a Dungeon set its BoP. (You can sell Elegant jewelry bought from the AP Golden vendor but not Ebon)

I may never see the jewelry I want...

I know that Werewolf Hide used to drop in Craglorn, but I don't remember if it was in the trials there or not.

New Gold sets have been added to the game in other areas - such as BG. So the coding ability is there.

I personally think a bigger table with more options would be mint.

And the core Trinity Willpower Endurance / Agility - should be made in Gold but BOP from something in Imp City - maybe a huge amount of fragments or Tel Var or something. To drive life back down there.

Since they given out like sweets its underminded the reason to go there.

@casparian I was doing some digging and couldn't find anything. It's a GOLD werewolf hide neck. From what I read you couldn't get gold jewlery from craglorn?

They really need to make it so that The Golden will go through and sell ALL sets jewellery in Gold, especially with all the balancing they are doing to the game. Sets are getting closer and closer to being equalized with each other depending on what roll you are playing. There is no excuse any more.

Additionally, as we had seen during the Midyear Mayhem, she is much more capable of selling a good list of items instead of the few she does every week.

It's entirely possible it was a Reward for the Worthy. It was August/September of 2016 that they added necklaces for that set.

IMO the "random" jewelry that spawns there should have 4 possible sets, not 2; also they need to update the table so we can see items that have no golden option, as in, sets added since 2014 outside of trials. The current rotation is stupid and does not feel "random": I can count most sets that should show up there happening on one finger whereas it seems like necropotence and elegant show up every other weekend.

It's not a Cyrodiil set nor has it ever been that I'm aware of, but the rewards for the worthy may have had this when they first introduced the necklace. I'll take a look at the patch notes if they ever take the servers down... well will you look at that?

IIVRC, most drop sets had jewelry in gold at some point. I still have gold rings and neck from Dreugh King when it was still BoE.

IMHO, run your neck, +4 gold armor or 3 gold armor 1weapon, etc. and run a secondary set that DOES have gold rings available IF you are trying to run gold everything. I do this on occassion. Otherwise, settle for 2 purple rings and deal with the slight drop in other values. Or, do like some of us are ready to do and cancel subs until they can be bothered with getting their priorities straight. PvP is a small fan base vs. PvE,yet they still trhink they WoW with Cyro going on, and they are delusional in that aspect.

Dungeon pledges have specific pattern so it's easy to predict.

However, what golden merchant will sell is pure rng based on a specific range of items. So you won't see legendary silk of the sun rings.

Golden Sun neck was in vendor recently, so someone got lucky there.

Too bad it's not like the sewer vendor where you can now get gold rings and neck 24/7 for 100k tv. If they added a regional vendor dropping gold rings/neck for everything overland (crafted sets is a long time coming) in the sewer, more people would be down there.
