movement problems, mounted and on foot

Have been having problems with movement in-game lately.
I can't seem to reliably sprint, either on a mount or on foot.
I keep getting stuck on invisible barriers and makes going anywhere a huge annoyance. In fact, even if I don't attempt to sprint the problem still persists.
Has anybody else had this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?
