Twin Slashes - Now Procs Main Hand | Berserker Glyph - doesn't Proc from DW Skills

Is as the title states. Twin Slashes now only procs the main-hand enchantment (It would proc the off-hand prior) and the Berserker Glyph no longer procs from DW Skills (Only Light and heavy attacks) Other weapons have not been tested
