For a complete platform outage could we have hourly updates?

I appreciate that it is a pain to communicate with the user base during a "fraught" moment.

However if the whole platform is down, ie you are giving no service at all, it might be a good idea to have somebody official post something every hour

even if it's - we are still working etc

just a regular update would be nice

I appreciate techs never want to give any detail, however you should update the user base every "interval"
