Research Bug Introduced in 3.1.5

There seems to be a research bug introduced with the recent patch that prevents starting new research projects.
I have 2 characters that I believe were researching prosperous in Clothier station at the time of the update. I believe the rename of the Prosperous trait to Invigorating may have bugged out any further research.
Confirmation from other players requested, if this has occurred at Clothier stations only or possibly affects other crafting stations.
