Let's remove ults from the game

So many stupid post about nerf this ult nerf that ult it's a damn ult it's suppose to be strong.

How about disable all ults in pvp no more complaining right? Are ults suppose to hit less then abilities are they suppose to heal less then BoL? Then why the hell would you use them.

Yes ults are strong yes you died to an ult that's the damn point. Ress up build up ult and kill back.

I fully support making all skills require accuracy. I really want to see the SA defender squad play a game where mechanical skill is a necessity.

Autotargetting is a bit over the top in this game (when it works).

The only problem with changing it to the other is you'd simply have people running Aim-bots in its place.

At least requiring you to hit your target (with some help from passives for accuracy) would eliminate the crap of aiming in front, only to have the projectile go full 180 to something behind you, not even in camera view.

Nope, I like my ult's a lot. I like how it does fun and different things for gameplay (like Death Stroke).

Why would we nerf them less them the damage of normal abilities? Thats what people seem to want why not just add a 6th ability slot then and be done with ults. What's the point of ult can I ask you that?

The point of an ult is to store power and unleash a strong ability. If we continue to nerf these ults then they just become abilities that we can use once in awhile that suck

Describe to me what 'strong' means to you. You speak of strong as if it is something that has an objective value. It doesn't. That is why things need to be looked at from time to time. Balance is dynamic, and when the dynamic changes, some things will need to be toned down, or up. You don't have to nerf something into the ground on order to balance it. Don't be so black/white.

Since you didn't read the thread, no one was calling for a nerf execpt for the OP, people were asking for it to be tweaked from the game design standpoint. As in, make it interruptible with bash. Umm no, problem wasn't because the ult kills people, for other ults like Dawnbreaker, Leap, Shooting Star, Incap etc, you setup burst with your ult, as in, it requires skillful play, it doesn't delete your character if you run medium and don't run S&B. Soul Assault is just a cheesy "click here to delete a guy in medium without S&B" button, it's just cheese, it takes virtually no skill to delete a character because he happens to not run S&B, there's no counter play to it, and on the other hand, it is totally useless against permablock builds. "But you can block it", not if you don't run S&B, you will run out of stamina and then you die. You can block meteor with a bow, the opponent has to outplay you in setting up burst combo if he wants to kill you with meteor and meteor costs like 200 ults, while the worst player in the game can just click one button to cast the extremely cheap ult (it costs 100 lol, MegaLUL) that deletes your stam pool if you happen to wear medium and don't run S&B. That's not how it should be, increase the damage tick through block to make it more viable against permablock for all I care, but make it interruptible with bash.

As an Ultimate lover, I say no. I would rather remove bad grammar and spelling, so when one reads a "post", one does not have to re-read the bad grammar several times to understand it.

Pretty sure this thread was due to yet another "Nerf destro ultimate" that OP participated in. Also, for anyone that didn't figure it out yet it's partly a joke. Rant- no, title- yes. OP doesn't want Ultimates removed from the game. Either that or I'm wrong and OP is a crazy person

Soul assault is overpowered. This is my opinion. It just so happens that many other people share the same opinion. This is a public forum on which people share opinions. If all this upsets you this much then maybe the internet is not a good place to spend so much time.
People are entitled to their opinions and are entitled to post discussions about it. Hyperbole and dramatism are not helpful. In other words this thread is pointless.

As a PvP player I hate to start agreeing with PvE guys that there are a lot of PvP players that all they do is complain about the last thing that killed them but it appears to be so.
