Blue mist around character's feet PS4 NA (SOLVED)

My character has a blue mist around her feet and it won't go away. It's also accompanied by a humming sound. No active quests and I've tried removing all effects, gear, etc., but with no success. Dying also did not fix the problem.

I'm on PS4 NA.

There's a quest in reaper's march somewhere that gives you this. Do you have one of these by chance? It's some spirit quest or something.

Hmm, I think I started it but then abandoned it. Guess I will try to find it again. Thanks for your help. If anyone else has more specifics such as name of quest, please advise.

The quest was "Simply Misplaced," which is acquired from the Mages Guild in Reapers March. I had previously started it, but then abandoned it. The only way I was able to resolve the issue was by reacquiring the quest and finishing it.
