Blue mist around character's feet PS4 NA (SOLVED)

My character has a blue mist around her feet and it won't go away. It's also accompanied by a humming sound. No active quests and I've tried removing all effects, gear, etc., but with no success. Dying also did not fix the problem.
I'm on PS4 NA.

NewFordOrder✭✭✭The quest was "Simply Misplaced," which is acquired from the Mages Guild in Reapers March. I had previously started it, but then abandoned it. The only way I was able to resolve the issue was by reacquiring the quest and finishing it.Edited by NewFordOrder on August 17, 2017 6:55AM4
