Does the Design: Khajiit Skooma Bubbler still somewhere?

My understanding is that it no longer drops in the palace during the quest like it did before. But is it still in the world somewhere? If so does anyone know where and what drops it? I mean is it still servants in some cities? Any khajiit heavy zones?

Or is it gone from the world now completely except for sale in guild stores?

    They supposedly drop from NPCs labeled 'Addicts.' No clue where to find them, however.

    LOL, and the price goes up again. WTS recipe i farmed 500k.

    Also have about 10 bubblers tossed all over my house. I have a skooma addiction problem. But i'd rather be addicted to skooma or any hard drug than this terrible game.

    Even drug dealers care more about the quality of their product than ZOS cares about the quality of this game.

    The bubblers at least will not be available after the HOTR update (so if you're on PC, you missed out) - don't know about the design, though.

    Well, if it has been removed, it would seem of little consequence, since the damn things still do not animate like all the npc bubblers do.

    I am getting tired of mentioning this since it has become apparent that no one from ZOS seems to care enough to address the issue, yet are glad to take your crowns to buy them.

    I guess it must be of immense difficulty to animate these eh!?

    With all the monkeying they did with the Justice system this patch, I wouldn't be surprised if the Design managed to get lost in all the commotion.

    But it's good that you brought it up. Believe it or not the devs do read the forums, but that doesn't mean they will act on anything specific.

    Grinding just make you go in circles.

    Be on the lookout for NPCs with Addict in their profession . Try those. Previously the servants dropped a lot of Khajiit items so look around Khajiit areas first?

    Have never seen an addict yet.....i am concerned thaat this was a patch notes joke, and there are no NPCs called addicts....

    I've looked in khenarthi's roost and no Addicts so far but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I once saw a Prisoner profession NPC in Hews Bane and I hadn't seen that before.

    Which reminds me
    We should look for a list of professions first

    They dropped various khajiit treasure justice items. Eg blue skooma pipe (not a furnishing), green skooma skooma purification some thing and even shrunken khajiit claws. But it was a weird mix tbh

    Just recently I've pickpocketed the Bubbler furnishing from Drunks in various places. (Inns & Taverns are a good start)
    I don't know about the pattern though, but I'm assuming it can be gotten from them as well.

    Yeah I doubt they would take the pattern out of the game completely especially a purple one, I know they did with the voucher ones but that's a different story
