Good time to return?

It's been awhile since I've played ESO, and I was wondering if the game improved since the morrowind update, and the updates before it, and if it is a good time to return? I figure I am going to have to re-gear but if the end game content is any bit similar I won't bother with it anyway.

✭✭i'd say it's a good time to return to end-game, you don't need expensive gear to complete any Content except for leaderbord runs for HoF.
You will experience some Problems with sustain at the beginning but it's doable and you can easy adapt to it.
You may or may not see many new Features depending when you left ESO.
