Judgement of Veloth not starting, quest chain dropped?

So I just restored Saint Veloth with his Reliquary, but the next part of the chain didn't start....does anyone know how to get the quest 'Judgement of Veloth' now that it seems to have dropped my quest chain (Saint Veloth just says to hurry and get to Vox, but I don't have the quest for this in my Journal now for some reason) weird!!
Just returning some video tapes.........
