Question regarding Patch Notes and Enchantments:

So If I cast Snipe, then bar swap before the ability lands, my other weapon enchantment will proc, not the bow enchantment?

Do you mean: Abilities will only proc the enchantment(s) from the bar they were cast?

I'm not sure about snipe, this was mainly a fix for lightning blockade. For whatever reason, on pts, casting lightning blockade on your backbar allowed every tick to set off your backbar enchant while on your frontbar. I don't think this was ever the case for Snipe, as it was very isolated (literally only lightning blockade, not any other blockade) so it should remain the same for you as it was prepatch. All that said, this is something extremely easy to test.

we will have to see, snipe is kinda unique (maybe similar cast to solar barrage?) on live (morrowind I'm on console) you can cast then swap bars and your snipe will get all bonuses from the bar your currently on. maybe someone can do some testing but as @theamazingx said it seems to be a fix for blockade.

That was always the case with any skill that allows you to bar swap before it lands or any DoT (they proc and use damage from used bar not cast bar, including some passives of that weapon)

The bug was for some DoT to proc enchant from the cast bar not used bar.

Ah, then they also forgot to apply the patch to blade cloak, which will still proc the enchantment from the bar it was cast from.
