New PVP Advice?

So i haven't played since homestead........ I noticed the nerfs to resource management and proc sets and was wondering if Magicka DK and stamina DK were still viable....... was thinking of running....
2 blood spawn
5 heavy Fury
3 agility on my Stam DK maybe 1hShield 2H. And on my mag dk.....
2 skoria (didn't notice nerf but may have overlooked) or blood spawn.
5 heavy seducer.
5 Burning spell weave (still good?)
Anyhow my main purpose is duels and open world PVP. Thoughts and advice is appreciated .

I'd go ww hide over agility and have ww hide on your s&b bar.
Spell weave got nerfed slightly but is still good for mag dk.PS4 EU DC
Current CP : 756+
I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.
