Bankable AP and Sigil's of Imperial Retreat.

So now that AP is bankable, is there a reason why the Sigil's have been overlooked/excluded on purpose from being bankable? @ZOS_GinaBruno
It hurts no one to be able to switch them around to different characters as needed. While it's no different than banking and withdrawing the AP to buy more, some of us have enough spread between different characters and would like to consolidate them. I don't mind them being excluded, It's easy enough to switch the AP around with the patch, just want to know if it was intended or not.
