I seen it say uses whichever is higher to determine the crit chance in the new horns dlc... wut whats the difference?

✭✭✭Hmm this change seems kinda pointless since crit surge only offers wep dmg and power was the magic version. one offers more heals but no benefit to magic and the other offers dmg boost to both mag and phsy but not the extra healing so overall kinda feels pointless... unless people can gimme examples to wrap my head around this0
