Error 307

Booted from server.

Playing Chaosball for the first time I am suddenly unable to take or deal damage for a period until I am disconnected.

PC/EU

Edit: Character is now locked and prevented from logging in.

12 hours later. My character is still locked.

I got that error code yesterday several times but luckily, after about 5-10 minutes (each time I got the error code), I was able to get back in the game. I would suggest you send in a customer service ticket if it doesn't resolve on its own. Sorry this is happening to you.

Yeah, thanks. It's no big deal (or on paper it is, but not to me personally), I just want them to be aware of the issue so it doesn't happen to more people that then never log in again.

I have sent 2 bug reports. 1 when it happened and 1 just now.

You will receive an Error 307 if you have been disconnected from the megaserver. If this occurs, you may not be able to log back in immediately. we recommend you wait for 15-20 minutes before attempting to log back in.You should not be still receiving this issue 12 hours later.

If you are still not able to log back into the game, double check the Service Alerts page to make sure ESO is not experiencing any outages or going through maintenance before reaching out to our support team via the Web Assistant.

If you have not already done so you should reach out to the support team, it is possible that your character needs to be moved to a new location so that you can log in.
