Looking for feedback concerning my new stamblade build. I am pretty new to pvp in eso and just put this together based on what I saw on the forums and read online. Any advice on gear, stats or anything general. I know procs are being nerfed and im not really a fan of them but it just seems to hard to compete without at least selenes.

All Purple

2 piece Selene
5 hunding 3 on armor 2 on dual wield weps dagger/axe precise
5 spriggans jewelry/armor

I run 2h back back dual wield front bar. 5 medium 2 heavy armor (legs and chest)

Using health glyphs on my heavy and will swap to tri stat glyph soon.
Max stam glyphs on medium and stam regen on jewelry.
Weapon Damage on weapons.

I havnt started using pots yet as I don’t have a maxed out alchemist. Any feedback would be welcome. Thanks!

P.S It is my understanding Automotons performs better then hundings but I don’t have a good set for that yet.

That's a very solid setup, but unless you are a woodelf or focusing only on ganking, you're going to struggle with sustain. Substitute Bone Pirates Tatters for either of your dps sets. Also, use Rally and crafted crit/health/stamina pots to gain Major Brutality and Major Savagery.

Thanks for the input! I really like bone pirate but im just worried about using it without that drink provisioning recipe everyone got from the Jester Festival. I cant remember its name but it seems significantly better than the stuff I have. Is this a real issue or can I run bone pirate with a standard provisioning recipe?

That is an issue. You should run Dubious Camoran Throne drink, but even if you don't have the recipe, you can ask someone to make you some or buy it on a guild trader.

Don't get me wrong. I run Selene/Spriggan/BP, and I would like to sub in Hundings for BP. However, I'm not about to switch from khajiit to woodelf. If you do go that route, you should probably use the Serpent Mundus. Go for at least 1500 stamina regen.

Also, I wouldn't go precise on the weapons. Personally, I'm going Infused and Sharpened front bar, Defending backbar.

for the first year and a half i refused to use pots - different excuses...

go to the siege merchant and buy yourself at least 20 of each of the 3 type pots offered and quick slot them...

using pots will greatly enhance your game...

running two melee weapons is kinda difficult - you are always gonna have to stay in close to the zerg - which will get you killed a bunch...

I'd strongly suggest trying out a bow...it'll also help out with your sustain...

Edit: a good bit of your fighting is gonna involve defending and attacking keeps/outposts - which puts about 20 to 40 meters between you and your target - bows cover that distance quite well...

Agreed about the bow. I usually backbar the bow while solo; two-hander for organized group play.

Thanks for the input again guys. I did have a bow on my back bar and was using 2h front but I swapped to the dual front and 2h back so I could use 3 sets. If I go back to bow on the back bar how do you keep up your heals? I find rally to be a required trait. Does the bow offer any healer or what do you do for sustain?

I went precise on the weapons to get 60% crit chance do I not need it that high? Also is dagger axe optimal?

adding a bow will simply mean your hundings 5th pc bonus will only count on your DW...which is fine, cuz your DW and hundings will help a bunch when things get close and personal...

forgot to ask - are you a stam blade?

heal with vigor, if you are a nightblade, you can also heal with sap essence and swallow soul...

which brings up a really good point - it's easy (and fun :)) to focus on builds - gear, mundus stones, etc....

however, figuring out how you are going to fight in terms of shields, heals, buffs/debuffs is equally important...

practicing basic skills like blocking, light/heavy attacking, roll dodging, not spamming your abilities will prove even more fruitful...

hittimg 60% crit is gonna be really tough next patch, even for veteran players...

I have the thief mundus on most of my different characters - I'm going to have to do some re-evaluating...

from what I've read the axe/dagger set up is very effective for DW...one of my characters uses this set up...personally i can't really tell what's best :)
