What happened to the bank ?

Went to get something out of the bank, regular bank not guild bank, and all I see is a pic of the items there. No level showing, no description etc. Anybody else have this problem ?.

Advanced filters is completely broken, Disable it if you are running it. If not, my guess is it's another addon broken by the new patch.

@abuniffpreub18_ESO Does it seem like some of your UI elements are missing? If so, could you try running a repair on your game client?

Restart. Sounds like it hadn't patched properly. (if on xbox I delete the local cache for any anomalies.

I've never used advanced filters, but given the sudden disappearance of "stack items" from the gamepad bank menu last patch, I'll not be surprised if this is similar.

Restart doesnt fix.
Repair didn't fix aswell.
Can't do anything with any character.

Disabled my 1 addon
Restart did nothing

But I did notice this. When in the bank and I do where you can lock and unlock an item the info comes up for that item on the right side of the screen but when I scroll to the next item the info disappears and the info box on the right side with the description goes away too. Then if I unlock that item the same thing all over again.

I'm having the same issue. No addons running. No problem with merchants or guild, just the bank.

the thing is, my mouse doesnt show when im on menus.
i cant open mail, cant close my inventory, cant talk to NPCs.

Those of you having this issue, please double check your ESO addons folder to see if you have any downloaded (even if you think you don't.) We're looking at this, but we currently believe this to be related to our-of-date addons.

Completely deleted the addon folder, still nothing. The only thing that shows in the window on the right side of the screen is withdraw money. As soon as I scroll down one item that window disappears and like I said before there is no info for items in the bank other than amounts - 16 potions, 4 foods etc. By the way the craft bag works ok as does inventory.

Go to Libraries\Documents\ and move the entire Elder Scrolls Online folder to your desktop, and keep it as a backup.

Relaunch the game, and the client should generate a new folder with a default UI.

See if issues persist with the default UI, then move files back into the newly generated folder as needed if it resolves.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom , I am having the same issue and can verify that deleting the Documents Elder Scrolls Folder does not resolve the issue. I can also confirm that the issue is present in the Controller UI as well.

I tried this and it made no difference... does not resolve the issue.

I have this issue with the controller UI. As once I switched off controller option, I could see the details of the items in my bank

Please keep this a priority fix. Many of us now play PC like a console (large TV from couch), so going to mouse and keyboard is not an option since I dont play that way. I really dont want to have to use Xpadder again like in 2014.
