This morning's patch notes say:
That seems to be the wrong note: Infallible Mage doesn't grant weapon crit, and it doesn't grant anything with a value of 1924. (It looks like this note just got incorrectly copied over from the Leviathan note.) @ZOS_GinaBruno can you clarify what the Infallible Mage change turned out to be?
Infallible Mage: Increased the Weapon Critical Strike rating granted by this Item Set to 1924 from 1643.
