Precise Trait?

I did not see it listed at all in the patch notes. It is possible I just missed it.

Adjusted the values and bonuses of Weapon Traits in the following ways, with the listed values being for Two-Handed, gold-quality items:

Decisive: Increased the chance to generate one additional Ultimate to 40% from 34%.
Defending: Reduced the Spell and Physical Resistance granted to 2752 from 5160.
Infused: Increased the bonus value granted to the applied enchantment to 30% from 20%, and increased the cooldown reduction to the applied enchantment to 50% from 40%.
Nirnhoned: Increased the bonus to the weapon’s damage to 15% from 11%.
Powered: Increased the bonus to healing done to 9% from 7%.
Sharpened: Reduced the Spell and Physical Penetration granted to 2752 from 5160.
Charged, Intricate, Ornate, and Training remain unchanged.

    I think it might have been left out by mistake. They would have updated this text if it was absolutely intended.

    Wow I read that wrong. They ended up not changing precise to 9%. It will still be 7%
    Charged, Intricate, Ornate, Precise and Training remain unchanged.

    So precise won't be as good as before. Still competent, but calculations will need to be redone.

    Yes, precise is not changed between now and homestead. It's still going to be 7%.

    Kinda a shame, considering how it was last minute. We'll have to see how it lines up against infused and sharpened.

    Dangit, now I really have to drop my precise weapons back down to like 1/2 of what they are now gah was hoping they would be alot better

    All those poor souls that were spending a ton on best in slot precise weapons just got the pointy end of a stick to the eye. Really lame to go back on something last minute like that. Like that extra 2% was really going to break the game. It was possible to get 90%+ before patch with crit chance as it was, so the logic here is lost on me, though it's harder for 2-handed to get near that as they don't have the 2 dagger bonuses.

    It happens. Most people should be smart enough to understand that any changes to PTS aren't set in stone. Heck, it's not technically set in stone even after the patch goes live! It could always change further down the line.

    Thief nerfed. Sharpened (and spriggan) too. Seem a bad day for a nightblade (expecially in PVE). We'll see

    Maybe the devs can just tell me what they want me to run. Everything I try they nerf, so please tell me what setup I shoud use that meets your "vision" this quarter.

    Shhh dont tell them infused is strong it might get reverted back to its useless live state aswell

    this, is there any reasoning for it? and some others being nerfed like the shadow mundus?

    I'm so glad I sold so much precise stuff over the past few weeks, was indeed a good gold fest.

    Truly unsure now on which way to go, Precise and Shadow was epic on PTS.

    Blows my mind how people gear up for live when PTS is still developing.

    Oh, and I wouldn't get too comfortable with Infused either. I give it 2 months before it is adjusted downward as well.

    Doesn't it also follow that losing the 2% isn't going to be a big deal?

    They still have those weapons they purchased.

    I think this is only possible if you were pulling 5k dps before and uninstalled this morning.
