Racial passives... Hmm

Just going over a few racial passives and looking at a few things. Here are my two cents of what need a little work
Altmer are the BiS magicka class for... Well everything. That Regen after the morrowind patch, is too good to pass up. This leaves Breton and Dunmer in the dust a bit. Altmer has the best dmg and the best sustain... It needs one or the other not both, maybe just a tweek to the numbers, I'm not saying remove anything
Breton... Bretons have more FIRE resist than dunmer, which is messed up. They have 6% mitigation to magicka damage which also happens to be fire damage. Their sustain is a little bit lacking, perhaps move thier cost reduction passive up to 5% from 3%, this will help more in general
Dunmer, the true master race. Yet they lack the fire resist bretons have... Like, WTF?! They need to have much higher fire resistance, like maybe 8% mitigation up from the current 2-3% which is pathetic. If you aren't going to do that, I would ask adding a small sustain passive. Like 5% regen or 2% cost reduction (magicka preferably)
Bosmer need a increase on damage done at range, just like how orcs have a melee damage bonus. Or maybe just damage done with a bow. This will help people who want to be an archer
Nords need some kind of love, like for the love of god... Give them physical resistance like how bretons have spell resist
