(Possible) bug with nobid trader acquisition?

Hey everyone,
I am not sure if I am missing something here, and would appreciate feedback!
Scenario:
1. Guild fails to win bid.
2. Officers (who have Hire Trader privileges) then try for no-bid traders in the mad rush.
3. Trader shown as no guild owner, yet when thr Hire button is clicked, it then says 'This Guild Trader is Already Hired'
4. As of 9:30PM (half an hour after guild trader changeover) that is still the case.
5. Has occurred twice today
I wonder am I missing anything:

- Is there a small window of time outside of which no-bid traders cannot be acquired?
- Is there some delay between getting a no-bid trader and having it show the guild's name and items?
- Or is this a bug?
