Tel Var Jewelry vs Equipment Lockboxes
I'm grinding tel var stones to get a Shield Breaker Necklace. (Yes I know I'm the only idiot playing eso, who wants that set, but please bear with me.) Which option gives me the highest probability, per tel var stone spent, of getting one: Jewelry Lockbox (100k) or Equipment Lockbox (3K)? What are the probabilities of getting a necklace out of either lockbox? For 100k tel var stones I get 1 chance on a Jewelry Lockbox, but 33 chances on Equipment Lockboxes, so I'm leaning towards the latter, but I don't know if necklaces even drop from them at all.
