Auto-center Camera?

I relied on the auto-center option in TW3 and find myself missing it in ESO. Is there an add-on that includes this functionality? I'm not referring to the position of the targeting reticle, but rather the option to have the camera follow your view and center automatically.

    It is in the game options under camera. SET the horizontal offset to 0 or near to it

    Not quite. The offset reticle doesn't bother me. What I'm looking for is a third-person camera like the one in the Witcher 3. The camera is locked behind the character and gradually centers automatically as the player turns. It enables comfortable one-handed movement without relying on mouse look.
