Morrowind gone after reinstalling game

Like the title says, I reinstalled the game, and now the button to upgrade to Morrowind appeared even though I bought it months ago.
The only issue that I can see, is that I bought Morrowind on Steam, and reinstalled the game with the downloader. Is there any way to correct this issue?
I don't want to download the game with Steam again, because for some reason they require you to download the 90Gb game, and have another 90Gb free to install it. I don't have that, and I don't want to start deleting things for no reason.

ZOS_BilladminWhen you've purchased Morrowind from Steam you will need to ensure that you are launching the launcher from Steam. If you bypass the launcher your entitlements will not be shared with our system and will not reflect in the game.
