Is Sellistrix worth it on a Stamblade ? also after the 2 seconds if the enemy has moved will it follow or stay where they where when it procs

if the latter I guess stick with Kra'gh or another set

The jewelry is sellable, whether bought with AP or gold. The monster masks are BoP.

Thats only if the set is BoP, like Worm Cult. Zone sets are BoE, just like their lower quality versions.

It depends on the set, normally overland jewelry is BOE while dungeon specific sets are BOP.

no. proc is to slow. its worse then mephala in my opinion. nothing beans seleane or veli on a stamblade. maybe blood spawn if you want to incap more.

The proc for Sellistrix spawns at the enemy's location, but doesn't follow them if they move, which is why it's much more suited for PvE. However since ZOS is buffing it by increasing the damage and shortening the cast time, people may want to get this Helm.
