Blackscreen/Crash on exit

I will consistently get a black screen on my exit from the game. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens every now and then. I once created a shortcut to the x64bit exe in the game folder but I am going to stop using that and just use the launcher. It is especially annoying when it happens because I have to do a full restart of my computer as I can't even alt tab out of it. I will try to iron out anything that i think might be causing it but I will have to create a ticket if I cant fix it as it is really irritating.

I've had this happen to me as well twice I believe. Not sure what causes it or how to fix it.

Since the black screen is requiring you to reboot your entire PC, it could indicate an issue with your PC beyond the game. To start, make sure you've gone through all the troubleshooting in the help article here for issues with crashing to a black screen. If none of those steps helps, you'll want to submit a support ticket through the web assistant. In your ticket make sure to include what troubleshooting you've tried and a game consultant.
